Developed to work with the Honeywell Skyforce
Observer moving map system, our 8.4",
10.4",
12.1", 15" and 20" displays
can be ordered with a touch-screen and joystick
- both integrated to offer seemless contol
of the Skyforce Observer.
When connected to the Honeywell Skyforce Observer,
and when the screen is displaying the map input
both the touch screen and joystick control
functions associated with the moving map.
When the screen is displaying a video signal
(from a FLIR camera for example) the touch-screen
can control other, non map related functionality.
In PIP mode (picture-in-picture) the joystick
controls the position of the PIP window and
the PIP window size can be controlled by other
keys on the display.
